Puppy Intro Session
A puppy’s first grooming experience sets the tone for how they’ll feel about grooming in the future—and we believe it should be a positive one.
Our Puppy Intro Session is designed to gently introduce your pup to the sights, sounds, and sensations of the grooming process without pressure or force. We take our time and move at your puppy’s pace, helping them build confidence and comfort in a calm, supportive environment.
Because many puppies aren’t ready to sit through a full grooming session—including a full haircut—on their first visit, we focus on creating a stress-free, positive experience rather than rushing through the process. Forcing a full groom too soon can lead to fear and anxiety, which we always strive to avoid.
