At Leading the Pack, we understand that unexpected events may arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. However, kindly note that we have a No-Show Policy in place to ensure fairness to both our team and other pet owners.

In the event of a cancellation, we kindly request advance notice. Please be aware that a Cancellation Fee may apply for appointments canceled without sufficient notice, as it allows us to better manage our schedule and serve all our clients efficiently.

Our policies are designed to maintain a smooth and reliable grooming experience for everyone. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines, ensuring that our services remain top-notch and enjoyable for both our clients and their loveable pets.

 

We are currently scheduled out between 3 to 4 weeks. We appreciate your patience in scheduling a grooming session for your doggie! We are normally scheduled 4-6 weeks out, so please keep this in mind when making your appointments. 

 

No-Show Policy:

If you do not show up on time or at all for your scheduled appointment, we will charge you the full fee for the service(s) you booked with us. We will not reschedule another appointment for you until this no-show fee is paid in full.

Cancellation Fee: 

If your appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before your scheduled grooming, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
